He explained every aspect of my examination as it was happening and then devoted enough time to carefully explain his findings and recommendations. In my case, surgery by a hand specialist was needed. He made a referral recommendation and then arranged for my records to be transmitted in time for an examination by the hand surgeon, in an office across town, to occur on the very next day.
