  • What makes you excited about joining CSNA?

Having completed my PhD at UCCS, I am so excited to return to the area. I found the Springs to be a wonderful place to live, and I valued the opportunity to care for patients across various settings throughout the city while in training. I’m now excited to continue serving this community as a member of CSNA, and to provide excellent care alongside a dedicated team of interdisciplinary professionals.

  • What does patient care mean to you?

To me, patient care means understanding each patient’s unique story, as well as their individual goals. It also means taking into account their broader family and community context, and providing the resources and support necessary to help them achieve those goals and live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

  • Why did you become a Neuropsychologist?
I have always been drawn to science and healthcare, but after a family experience with dementia, I became particularly interested in neurodegenerative diseases. As I explored career paths, I found neuropsychology to be the perfect blend of brain science and patient-centered care that I find stimulating and personally-fulfilling.
